Shipping:
We will ship everything via UPS or USPS depending on the item. Items usually ship with in 3-5 business days. Please allow 10 to 15 days for delivery.
Policies:
Returns: We will gladly refund your purchase price if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that you contact our customer service dept. at customerservice@ohiosportsandmore.com with in three days from receipt of your item and they will issue you a return authorization number.
In the instance that an item is on backorder, the buyer has the option to wait for the item to return to stock, which usually does not take long to be restocked. If the buyer would like a refund for this item, there will be no issue in giving a full refund. We apologize to our international friends, but at this time we are only able to ship with in the United States and Canada.
